Strech Wrapper

At the end of the packing lines, stretchable plastic thin films, or ratchet straps, are generally used at the bottom of the packaging to prevent the products from falling onto the pallet. This process can be accomplished by rotating the whole pallet around a fixed axis or rotating the stretch film ball around the pallet. Typically, the automatic stretching process takes between one and three minutes depending on the number of layers and the amount of film stretching.
