Normally in MIG MAG welding robot application the cycle time is 1 cm/s . Also the moving time from different welding position depends on the form and distance of movement.

The robot welding time could be half of manual one experimentally. Of course uniformity of quality in welding and not dependent on skilled welder operator justifies the use of robotic welding cells .Using of TIG welding and Plasma cutting torches is possible for these robot models in turn.
