Box & Bobbin Palletizer

Palletizer robot is able to pick ,transfer and place the product in about 4 to 6 seconds. The cycle time vary depending tools and complementary devices as below :-Pallet Destacker : feeding the empty pallets from the magazine on to the conveyor.

-Layer Dispensor : Split and Place the layers on the top of the layer magazine.

-Pallet conveyor : Transfer the empty and full load pallets to the desire stations

-Infeed Conveyor : Transfer the product to the robot charge station

-Gripper : Special tool mounted on E.E. of robot to handle the product

-Stretch Wrapper : Wrapped around palletized pallet with stretchable plastic film that is done automatically
