Manipulator is used for balancing the product weight while manual handling over the stations. Operator will focuses to lead on mounting the product position carefully and safely. In this case ,the safety and efficiency will increase and also the risk of damage to sensitive parts reduced in turn.
There are two types of manipulator ,Pneumatic and servo balancer one. The payload range is 20 to 600Kg.The reach radius could extend up to 4.5 meters and vertical stroke up to 1.5 meters. Gorbel servo balancer is available up to 120Kg at our stock and could be delivered higher payload on costumer order.
