Pneumatic and Servo Gun mechanism could be used for this application. For better results on welding details ,medium frequency one is suggested by authorized specialist. The cycle time is depending on the gun type , welding parameters ,plate material and thickness. Cycle time for positioning of the robot gun and welding process could be extended up to 3 seconds in Pneumatic and non medium frequency one.The latest version of robot gun is medium frequency servo guns which could be installed on new generation robot controller.
